Unauthorized copying or modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of Tragic Studios.

Tragic Studios is dedicated to ensuring the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. We reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for services at any time and for any reason. Any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.

The Application stores and processes personal data you have provided in order to deliver the Service. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone and access to the Application. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as such actions could expose your phone to malware, compromise security features, and may result in the Application not functioning correctly or at all.

Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection via Wi-Fi or your mobile network. Tragic Studios cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of Wi-Fi access or exhausted data allowance.

If you are using the application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's agreement terms still apply. You may incur charges for data usage, including roaming charges if you use the application outside your home territory without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device, you confirm that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.

Tragic Studios cannot always assume responsibility for your usage of the application. It is your responsibility to ensure your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the Service, Tragic Studios cannot be held responsible.

While Tragic Studios strives to ensure the Application is updated and accurate at all times, we rely on third parties to provide certain information. Tragic Studios accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on the functionality of the application.

Tragic Studios may update the application at any time. You agree to accept updates when offered. We do not guarantee the application will always be compatible with your operating system version. Tragic Studios may also cease providing the application and terminate its use at any time without notice. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will end and you must cease using and delete the application from your device.

Tragic Studios may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
